If you want, you can also do this before or after any of my Pilates routines for a great mix of cardio and strength training. There is no right answer for “Should I do cardio before or after Pilates?”. You should do the workout you want to spend the most energy on first (maybe the harder one) and then follow with the one that’s easier for you so that by the time you’re tired, it won’t be impossibly difficult to get through the rest of your workout.
