POP CARDIO: Fat Melting Routine

This is a series of 7 moves that will get your heart seriously pumping for ultimate fat melting! Try to repeat this workout 4x. I know you’ll be sweating like crazy. If you want, you can also do this before or after any of my Pilates routines for a great mix of cardio and strength training. There is no right answer for “Should I do cardio before or after Pilates?”. You should do the workout you want to spend the most energy on first (maybe the harder one) and then follow with the one that’s easier for you so that by the time you’re tired, it won’t be impossibly difficult to get through the rest of your workout.

You see, I am still a tiny beginner and I persevere to complete it, I BELIEVE YOU CAN DO IT TOO! I tried to give up after one try but after listening to cassey, I repeat this vid over and over again.
