I used to be able to do this very easily, but seem to have lost the upper body strength.
Your videos have helped me gain a great deal of strength lost to a back injury… I went from 20 minute swimming sessions to 60 minute swimming sessions after doing Back Attack for just a week or so… [Now I only stop swimming out of boredom!]
ANYWAY I want to do this pose again. My arms can’t lift me anymore [even after Awesomesauce Arms!]
I know there’s a way to ease into it – help!
