I’m going to add the August food rules to my next calender (which will be the october calender), yay! Monday will be easy because I’m already a vegetarian (for almost 6 yeas now), but I will try making it a vegan day!

  4. Easton Rimer says:

Subscribed! wanna have one to schedule my workout plan. Thanks

  5. Laura says:

Cassey! I just wanted to say what an inspiration you are to me! youve helped me lose so much weight ever since i started working out and following your tips last year. Thank you very much for everything! also, when is the september calender coming out?

  6. Alice says:

When the september calendar will appear?

  7. Tess says:

Cassey, this month has been AMAZING!! I’m starting to see results and I love it! Thank you so much for the app and developing this butt kicking and fun calendars! I feel weird looking at other workouts and sites now! I’m a proud and dedicated POPster!

    1. Amy says:

Hi, I’m new and I just got the password for August and I was wondering what I would do with that password? How would I use it? What’s it for?

      1. Annie says:

Hi Amy! I don’t know if you already got your answer or figured out what to do, but the password is basically your access to the monthly calendar! I’m assuming since you’re already on this page, that you already entered your password? I could be completely wrong, and I’m sorry if I am heh. But if you haven’t entered your password yet, when you click on Cassey’s monthly calendar page, it will be locked unless you enter the password that you receive in the email. Once you enter it, you have access to her free calendar to print, save, and work out to. Recently she even added Youtube playlists for us to use in order to save time & make it easier on us Popsters haha. All you have to do is to click on the date (for example, today you would click on the number “30”) to find the day’s workouts all listed in a blogpost just for us to use! And also, since August is almost over, Cassey will probably be posting & sending out her password for the Sweatember calendar soon. Just enter the monthly calendars where prompted, and you’ve got access to the awesome workout calendar she kindly makes us. I hope that helped and that I wasn’t being too wordy hehe. Welcome to the Popster community, btw!

  8. Marinka says:

I was searching on youtube but than I saw the clickable calender playlist, that’s very useful, thank you!
I love the workouts here, I’ve started a week ago and I just enjoy how fit and good it makes me feel.
Best Pilates website / video’s I’ve seen, you make it fun!

  9. Mathilde says:

Hello, I tried to follow your calendar, to stay in shape, and to develop my muscles, it is hard sometimes. When I want to give up, I remind me why I do that and it gives me energie and help me to endure the pain.
It’s strange because, my left is less muscles so it’s harder for this legs.

  10. Myriam says:

Nice, me My Dream Shape and My Fit Station also launched a monthly calendar. It’s pretty good too : http://www.mydreamshape.com/august-2013-fitness-challenge/

  11. Marta says:

I just did today’s workout, it was the first one i ever tried to do complete usually i’d go for a 40 min run and than do like one or two videos but today was storming so i decided to give the whole routine a try it was a killer! But I did the whole thing just usying a few beginner variations. Love your energy Cassey I’ll see you in tomorrow vids 😛

  12. Eryn says:

I really like that you integrated diet rules!

  13. marry says:

Hey Cassey, how can I get the password from the past months? Thanks a lot <3

  14. Abby says:

This workout was really difficult but more so for my arms than my abs. Which I guess is good because if my arms get stronger then I can work my abs harder but I usually love ab days and this didn’t quite do it for me.

    1. Abby says:

I’m talking about the workout for the 21st here, I’m a day behind. 🙂

  15. linda says:

i love the calendar with links to all the videos! 🙂 so helpful

  16. Miatika says:

I just started so I wanted to make sure to ask should I still just click on the date available that you have assign to do?

  17. Kaylyn says:

Hey Casey, and other POPsters 🙂 I have a simple question, i am a full time college student and part time worker, phew. During the summer I exercised EVERYDAY with casey, and LOVED it, but now the school has started I don’t have any time at all to exercise on Tuesday and Thursdays due to my hectic school and work schedual on those days :/ I was wondering if exercising monday, wednesdsay, friday, saturday, and sunday would still be good? because I am now begining to see results and feel much stronger and healthier and I definitely do NOT wanna fall behind and break the habit of exercising! (or lose the results I have worked so hard for) 🙂 So all in all, would skipping out on tuesday and thursday hurt me? or will i still be alright? Thanks a bunch!!

    1. Lydia says:

I’m having the same issue now that school is starting!
I don’t think skipping a couple days of the week will hurt your progress. Just remember to do what you can when you can and MAKE IT COUNT! 😀

  19. Kelly says:

Today’s workout (Tues 20th) was a killer and I had to take so many breaks because of either cramping (I seriously NEED to stretch more) or the fact that my legs are still sore from the past two days. Hope I can do better next time.

  20. damla says:

ı love you cassey ı have lost 7 kilograms since new year. And ı am trying to protect my weight.but last few weeks ı have been so unmotivated.ı hope ı get back on track with clean eating.any advice for me to get motivated again ı am so desperate ı don’t want to gain weight again 🙁

    1. dana says:

you can come back to your diet step by step. make 4 days for healthy food and 3 days for unhealthy food, then make 5 for healthy, 2 unhealthy, then make 9 for healthy and keep with one day a week wih the unhealthy food because there is no diet without cheating 😉

  21. Mulan says:

I know it’s almost the end of august but for Mondays, there’s “new workout” listed as one of the workouts/items to do for Monday. Does that mean we just pick any workout from Cassie youtube channel & do it or do some type of cardio like run 3miles—-basically some random workout? Thanks in advance!

    1. K says:

Cassey will post up a new video! Today’s one (19th) has a new stretching vid she just uploaded. (:

    2. Jacqueline says:

No, it means that Cassey is going to post a new workout video for you to do in addition to the four videos listed.

  22. Marla says:

So I got a question for you all…
Are these videos actually working for you guys?
Because I’ve been doing this for 3 weeks now and I don’t see any results. I’m only maintaining my weight…
From February to July I lost 13kg by doing 30min – 1 hours of cardio on my elliptical every day, drinking lots of water, eating clean and stressing out about things less. But since I switched to this…nothing happened…

Does anyone have any advice on what I should do?

    1. Joy says:

I’ve dropped 17 lbs. so far, have become stronger + flexible ( can finally do push-ups now!). My body became toned and my posture has corrected -> my back used to slouch. So yes, Cassey’s videos do work. 🙂

      1. Marla says:

So what exactly do you do? And how much time did it take to drop the 17lbs?
Sorry bout all the asking, but I’m really desperate here :/

        1. Joy says:

I make sure to eat well-balanced clean meals, drink LOTS of water. Regarding workouts, I do the videos that are assigned each day, followed by POP CARDIO: FAT MELTING ROUTINE twice so that I can finish off with a high heart rate that would definitely shed pounds away. —> (I make sure to end with that EVERY single day.) There are other POP Cardio videos, but I find this one always effective, no matter how long you do them! I started lightly from the last week of June (going for a walk and doing whatever POP PILATES video I felt capable of following through) and then worked harder as July progressed by actually committing through the entire videos (even if I had to take breaks in between). From the beginning of August, I’ve been doing each and every video that is assigned on the specific days, and ending with the Cardio video mentioned before. I do a full hour of cardio on days Saturday and Sunday (FAT MELTING ROUTINE 4x in a row + Cardio Warmup Video 4x + Heart on Fire). The POP Pilates videos help to tone the body, but in order to see that, the layer of fat on top must melt away by cardio.

Basically, following through every video and ending with POP CARDIO: FMR Video (2x) ensures me that I’m doing 1 full hour of exercise each day 🙂

        2. Joy says:

And btw – I began almost 2 months ago.

          1. Marla says:

Wow that’s crazy! You lost that much weight in only two months? Congratulations!
And thank you so much for the very detailed answer! I’ll try doing the POP Cardio Video after the other videos from now on! Let’s hope that it works for me too!

  23. Char says:

Am I the only who is having the hardest time reading what the calendar says?

    1. Ash says:

      Try zooming in on it.

  24. Katy says:

Is there a way to print out the calender in just black and white that i’m just not technical enough to know? I’ve been handrwiting it all in my journal so i can read it easily in the morning

  25. Sarah says:

Just to let you know, I love how the days are set up this month! I usually don’t do extra cardio on top of the workouts on the weekends, so I really like having cardio/HIIT assigned on both Saturday and Sunday! Love blogilates!

  26. Estelle says:

Does anyone pair each of these workout days with a cardio workout? If so, what are your recommendations? I want to add some cardio to each day so I can burn off my fat quicker, but I’m not sure which of Cassey’s cardio videos are the most effective!

    1. Mande says:

I love her POP Kicks: Total Body Cardio Kickboxing Workout it really makes me sweat!:) I usually combine it with her POP CARDIO: Fat Melting Routine and Heartbeat Heaven HIIT Workout video for a full cardio workout, trust me the three together will have you working up a sweat and help you burn fat quicker in my opinion.

    2. Anna says:

I like the one more night cardio challenge, it only takes 4 min. and it’s hard, but not to hard 🙂 . Sometimes i do the Cardio warm up video first and then the one more night before and after every pop pilates video…
hope it can help you a bit <3

    3. Samiha says:

I do the fat melting routine 2-3 times. If I do it 2 times, I follow it up with a quiet cardio or cardio warm-up. When pressed for time….i do the 20-20 workout once and i am all dizzy in the end but it does get better as you keep doing it! 🙂

    4. Samiha says:

And the apartment friendly cardio is also excellent. Just takes 3.5 mins and totally works the quads too. I am like sore for the next 2 days 🙂

    5. Ashley says:

I like food baby and Fat melting routine (four times though)!:)

  27. My says:

OMG! A mat giveaway would be perfect! 😀

    1. Pauline says:

      ^Genius!!! *u*

    2. Lydia says:

      I second that!!

    3. Ainat says:

      Agree 🙂

    4. Sarah says:

Yes, please! 😀 And is there a way to make it open to non-twitter/facebook/instagram users? I know, I’m terribly old fashioned. 😛

  28. Carlyn says:

The clickables for the workouts are wonderful, so convenient. Thank you so much for doing these- I’d love to see them with all the calendars. Thanks for all your hard work Cassey! You’re the best!

  29. Kevina says:

    Casseyyyy :((
What can I do if I don’t have your DVD and no stairmaster machine cuz I am on a trip????
I really wanna stick to the August calendar…. I have planned to follow your calendar for the rest of my trip….. :((( Please help me…..T_T

    1. Maja says:

It says cardio day… so i’d do one of the cardio days that doesn’t require a stairmaster instead

  30. leo says:

wait…! so does this mean no more cheap clean eats?????????????????? because i LOVED those. they got me through july 🙁

  31. Stefanie says:

Seriously guys – I’m really disappointed with myself.
When I finished the beginner’s calender I was so confident that I’m gonna stick to the August calender and push myself through.
But I was only able to finish the first two days so far. I had to quit in the middle of the other workouts because I’m not able to handle the heat that’s going on at the moment.
The temperature today in Vienna was almost 40°C and my appartment has 33°C…my stamina is at it’s lowest point and I am so sick of it!
I really wanna keep going but my body won’t let me :'(
I hope it gets better soon…

    1. Jojo says:

ohh, a fellow viennese, hey there 😉
Don’t be discouraged, everyone feels a bit more lethargic when it’s this hot, it’s natural! It’s important to listen to your body, if you don’t feel good, don’t push yourself to hard. I get that you made a commitment and want to stick to it but it’s not as if you’ve given up. Just try to do as much each day as you can, even if it’s just one of the videos or even just half of one. Also, idk if you’re already doing that but one of the most important things during a heatwave like we have now is to be well-hydrated. Drink looots of water and maybe you’ll feel a bit more energetic then 😉
I wish you all the best 🙂

    2. Anna T. says:

don’t be discouraged!! take several little sips of water in between and try to keep your breathing as even as possible. it’s ok i think everyone finds it hard to complete these work outs, it’s not just you! i’ve been following cassey’s calendar since march and sometimes i still find it almost impossible to complete everything. just like she said everyone’s on their own journey so don’t be disappointed in yourself, you will get stronger, just keeping going!! <33

    3. Sara says:

I feel the same way 🙁 I’m 6 days behind >.< some days I go to classes from 7 am to 7pm! when I arrive home I just go to sleep immediately, and the days I arrive home early I have so much work from class, and I feel so tired that I can't do a single video! I feel so bad about it :'( I've been zig zaging through the calendar :/ I haven't done any monday, I've done just one pop-hit I replaced the dvd/stairs cardio for 2 hours at the gim… and so on :/ I'm a disaster.

  32. Bonnie says:

Cassey I think you forgot to make the clickables for the rest of the month. It only goes up until the 9th.

    1. Serena says:

You can always look up the other videos on YouTube 🙂

    2. Kalyisah says:

she adds the next lot of days just before because the may contain new videos or she hasn’t got to filling them all up yet (:

  33. Melanie says:

    Hi Cassey!

Love the workouts and the calendars! One of my favorite parts of the beginner’s calendar was the “wake up and do…” part. It was such a great way to start my day and I would LOVE to see that on the September calendar! I also second the suggestions about a more black & white printer friendly calendar. I had to write over some of the portions in pen because it was hard to read 🙁

Can’t wait to continue the calendar with the arms & back workout tonight!

  34. Yun says:

    Thank you cassey!
I really love your workout program, and the happy mood you bring.
All of that make me feel great and better and better!

  35. Corina Lujan says:

OMG I am sooooo sore today from yesterday’s leg work outs. Thank you Cassey, I LOVE this feeling!

  36. emily says:

pulled a muscle in my right leg on saturday so haven’t done sunday’s HIIT workout nor did I do today’s leg workouts 🙁 Hopefully I’ll push through tomorrow and catch up! Hate missing days

  37. Youlee says:

Just a suggestion, can you make a printer-friendly version of the calendar? The font is really hard to see, and the background picture uses too much ink. Maybe a very simple calendar without any pictures, perhaps in PDF?

    Thanks a bunch,
    – Poor University Student

  38. sally Bird says:

just plain and simple thank you from the bottom of my heart

  39. Amber says:

jsut copy and past the password she sends in the email, works every time with no problem

  40. CD says:

Why is this password changed? (sorry for my english I am from Holland)
Now it is with a capital I…

    1. Gabby says:

      Yeah, I noticed that…..

  41. Mia says:

Hi Cassey! I’ve been following your workout since May. First month, I lose 2kg and I’m very happy. June and July I didn’t managed to give full commitment since i’m very busy. But I’m glad I didn’t gained weight even though sometimes I skipped the routine. I love you!!

  42. Miranda Doores says:

I love that you put the videos together per day. It makes it so much easier to workout because we don’t have to spend time searching for the videos. xD

  43. Vicki says:

I fell off the exercise bandwagon roughly 6 months ago and I’ve been eating very poorly. I’m going to try and fix my lifestyle with the August calendar. Wish me luck.

  44. Jillian says:

Today was my first day doing Cassey’s workout, and i love it!!!! I did struggle a little bit though and had to take breaks… i hope my body will get stronger and it will get easier!

  45. Sasha says:

I cant read some if the tasks 🙁

  46. Karina says:

So far I’m LOVING this calendar! But I was wondering.. is doing just what the calendar says enough to lose weight and achieve the body I want or should I do some extra cardio? If I do nothing but the videos is it enough?? Somebody help me please.

PS: Cassey I love you and I love your videos! THANK YOU <3

    1. Jessica says:

Extra cardio and eating clean, along with drinking a lot of water throughout the day, will nearly always accelerate weight loss. However, and this is just from my experience, taking on too much early on leads to not following though, which of course leads to setback and feeling bad. If you love doing the calendar workouts as is, and you’re sticking to that, just do that for this month and then add on extras incrementally each month. The upside of doing these is that you tend to see results and have more energy, so naturally you’ll be inspired to go for walks or bike rides, or go dance, etc. Change is so much more about consistency than speed. So keep enjoying what you’re doing! Cassey also has excellent food videos and advice on here in general- check them out and see what works for you! And good luck with all the great self-care you’re giving yourself, Karina! I bet it will shine light on all aspects of your world. 🙂

      1. Karina says:

Thank you so much for your advice Jessica you’re so nice. I will definetely do that 🙂

  47. you says:

    Thank you Casey!!

  48. andreia says:

It would be nice if she could upload the mondays workouts earlier cause Its already monday for me and i cannot do it 🙁

    1. Evelyn says:

I do the workouts a day after because I’m in a faster time zone as well. Meaning I do Monday’s workout when it’s Tuesday for me. You can be flexible and adapt it to what works best for u!

  49. Susana Andrea says:

Cassey! Ohmy how i love you! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING THE CLICKABLES!<3

  50. Jacky says:

Hey Cassy!!!! I LOVE YOU!!! Just one suggestion, for the calendars could you possibly change the orange writing to another color because it is hard to see when printed off.

  51. Lea says:

I was wondering if we are supposed to repeat the workouts to get an hour a day just like instructed in the workout videos.. or to just follow the workouts in the calendar without repeating..? thank you.

    1. Lauren says:

      Hi Lea!

The video times each day total to about an hour, so you dont have to worry about it 🙂 sometimes, Cassey’s videos say to “repeat the video 3 times”, but that is only if you are doing that one video. The hour goes by so quickly because it is so fun!

Good luck and sweat (or glisten) on! 🙂

      -Lauren

  52. Meena says:

Managed to get through 2 sets! This workout really was a killer! I’m gonna try resting a little and then do the third set hopefully!

  53. Cora says:

Clickable workouts!!! Cassey, you are spoiling us! 🙂

  54. Emma says:

I can´t do days 10. and 24. because I can´t go to gym or have the POP Pilates DVD.
    🙁

    1. Maja says:

check again, there are other options 🙂

      1. Laura says:

I am in the same situation…what are the other options?

        1. Bri says:

Hi 🙂 I am in this situation also, I guess instead you could substitute some of her cardio or HIIT workouts that total to one hour! (That’s what I’m doing, at least)

  55. Yvonne says:

I LOVE the days that are solely devoted to cardio!<3

  56. Theadora says:

I completed the beginners calendar twice to just get used to working myself up again, and i can say I’m hoping to stick through the August calendar and get fit for my last year of high school! So far I’ve sweated my butt off both of the workout days this week and cant(can lol) wait for tomorrow! Thank you for making yoga and Pilates something fun to do to get fit!

  57. Carly says:

Just started my day with a kale smoothie now on to kill it with some cardio!!

  58. dana says:

hi popsters!! 🙂 i’m kinda new popster.. but i love BLOGILATES WORLD!! so much hahaha i’m gonna start the august calender today! YAYY!! and i’m so excited 🙂 i can’t wait to see the results *fingers crossed*

  59. Ailsa says:

hi! i have done some of Cassey’s workouts but never fully committed to a calender! so i was just wondering how it is best to approach it – do you do all of the workouts at once, one after the other, or do you spread them out across your day?
i would be really grateful if someone could tell me, thank you and good luck with your workouts! <3

    1. Laura says:

Same for me! I know for a Pop HIIT you are supposed to do it all at once (right?) but for everything else, is it more intense to do all the workouts at once? bc i have and i can normally get through it…but I feel like it would be a lot easier to separate. Not trying to go easy AT ALL, but at the same time, while I am not in bad shape, this is my first time doing a blogilates calendar full out and do not want to do something incorrectly bc i am too tired, etc and end up injured. Can someone whose been doing the calendars full out for a while please help? Thanks!
And lots of love to Cassey….you and your workouts are awesome! 🙂

  60. Kathleen says:

CASSEY! Thank you so much for your work outs. I used to try yoga but I had to pay to get to the only schedule I could go to (which was around 8AM on Sunday, my only day to sleep in late!) but a friend advised me that I shouldn’t have to go to classes I have to pay for when I can get it free on the internet and on my own schedule. Finding the perfect work out videos turned out to be tougher than I expected because I have a tendency to get bored if I keep doing the same video over and over again. I was browsing through yoga videos in youtube when I came across one of your older videos and I enjoyed it. To my delight, I found that you updated weekly. And you even posted calendars of work outs to follow. It was perfect! Your energy is infectious and I like how you mix the work outs around. My body would always get sore but I found that I like that sore feeling because my body is working.

I finished your Beginners’ Calendar and did half of the July Calendar. I’m determined to finish the August Calendar all the way through because I could actually see results. I’ve lost 6 pounds since I started and I’m a lot more toned than I had been before I started your videos. My stamina has also built up. I could run as fast as my sister but for longer periods of time. Thanks to your mantras, I’ve been pushing myself to do more and more. Sore today, strong tomorrow. Train insane or remain the same. It’s just all so inspiring what you do and I hope you continue doing what you do because so many people really do appreciate your work. Love you!

    1. Susanna says:

Could not have said it any better girl! Cassey, you are truly the best!

  61. Taylor says:

I was just wondering for those of you that are more familiar with these calendars than I, do we just do each video once or do we repeat the cardio 4 times, etc.? On the videos themselves she says to repeat them but that isn’t how it appears on the calendar. Thanks in advance!!!

  62. Kelly says:

    The playlist really helps. Thanks!

  63. erika says:

Starting this august calendar and the days i haven’t done in august. Hoping to get toned and lose some belly fat and muffin top look. Has anyone lost some weight in their midsection?? Any tips??

    1. erika says:

      i meant july**

  64. Margaret says:

I also skipped ahead and did Saturdays workout today. Yesterday was my first Blogilates workout ever. Just wondering if you guys usually do exactly what’s listed on the calendar, or if you repeat the workouts more than once to get in an hour of cardio… New at this, and wondering how its done. Thanks:)

  65. Beth says:

I am so doing this calendar when I get home at 1 am.

    1. Carmen says:

      Oh you should.

Sometimes I have 10 hour shifts with not enough time to do my workout in the morning so I just do it when I come home from work. I may be tired and just want to go to bed but I think “I’ve just done a 10 hour shift! What’s a half an hour workout?” There’s no excuse.

I’m near the end of week 2 of the Beginners Calender and can already see a noticeable improvement in my abs 😀

  66. Bethany says:

I say this every month, but I always look forward to a new month because of your calendars! They’re always so colourful and fun to look at, and super motivating! Each month is something new and exciting to look forward to with all of the weekly tweets/”assignments” and I love the diet goals for each day that you’ve incorporated as well! I’m super excited for August and really hope I can do your POP cardio/POP HIITS soon! What Nicole said on facebook is so motivating too! I definitely have those days where I feel groggy and don’t want to work out. For giveaway prizes I always look forward to your Nike ones and your Body Language Sportswear ones and your Blogilates clothing ones!…Just all of them! 😛 Can’t wait to meet you on Mondayyyyyy!!!! 🙂

  67. Kimberly says:

I really like how you integrated the yolo meal because it definitely helps with the motivation to stick with the plan, there is more to look forward to and it doesn’t have to feel so restricted 🙂

  68. lotta says:

    hey popsters!

i want to do really bad blogilates but i have kinda hit a plateau.. im planning to do jillian michaels body revolution now for 3 months. is it too much if i do blogilates monthly calendar AND 30 minutes of jillian michaels workouts?

    thank you xx

    1. Beth says:

I actually do blogilates and run a few times a week, in addition to whatever exercise I get at work. I have lost 23.8 pounds so far. Have a long way to go but I am going steady and slow.

      1. lotta says:

thank you for your answer! ill try that combination and i i get too tired then i’ll quit jillian michaels and going to try running instead!

        1. lotta says:

          if i get*

  69. Shelley says:

Casey: Your calendars are beautiful, but with all the creativity of the bright background and colored print, it is completely unreadable, especially when printed. Any way in the future you might express yourself in a beautiful way without so much background color? I wouldn’t mind if I didn’t take all of this so seriously! Love your plan and it is a major part of my daily routine. Thank you!

  70. April says:

I did today’s August 1st workout at like.. 4AM… lol, I did a little over half of the July calendar, before I got into what seemed like a never ending depression… and just doing half a months worth of your videos toned EVERYTHING. I even started getting that line right in the middle of my stomach. Though I had quit towards the end of the month, I didn’t quit eating as best as I could, smaller portions and healthier… I maintained a lot of what I had in July when I quit, and even though I was pouring sweat (mainly because I had to use 12 lb weights for everything, except when I really felt I couldn’t use them, then I used water bottles), I feel like this workout would score a 6! The last video killed me! It feels so great to get back into it. <3

  71. Rushel says:

loving the new calendar. I’m aiming to follow it through properly because I haven’t been eating well as if recent. hoping August will be a good one for me. Thanks Cas

  72. Victoria says:

Hello from your newest liker. Was introduced to you by one of my colleagues about a month ago, watching you baking the healthy ice cream ‘cookies’. Spoke to another colleague of mine and she introduced me to your calendar for beginner. So glad i got in early as I had just done your 1/8 aug workout, and man, it is awesome!! I dont go to gym, so i keep myself motivated by working out at home with my own routine. Love the Pilates! Thank you for introducing this to me! You are an inspiration!! xoxo

  73. Jennifer says:

Thank you for another calendar, Cassey! I used to do the p90x work outs and was discouraged by the lack of progress but I can honestly say that I’ve seen so many improvements since I started following you in June that my days aren’t complete without doing your workouts! Your energy and enthusiasm really push me to work harder! You’re amazing!! Thank you!!

  74. LC says:

I didn’t have time to do the first workout yesterday (Thursday) so I’m wondering if it’s better in your opinions to do it on today’s (Friday’s) break day and go straight through until next week without a break or just make up that day at the end of the month?

  75. Lillian says:

I was pretty slack last month, and I regret it a lot. I definitely will be following this calendar more closely this month. I have graduation in December and I need to get a move on! lol.

  76. Noelia says:

My 15th birthday is on August 23rd and I don’t know why but I’m so much motivated than before! Thank you Cassey for all! WE LOVE YOU<3 xx

  77. Rosemary says:

    Cassey,
Love love love your workouts! BUT……can you PLEASE make a printer friendly printable calendar??? While very cute color schemes, it doesn’t print up well…too difficult to read, especially this month. Just a black and white version will do well thank you. 🙂

    1. Jasmine says:

You can always print out the calenders in black and white instead of color, it helps 🙂

  78. Veron says:

I’m loving the in cooperation of the how and what we should we in August…I can say I done about 28days from #thisismyjuly so I’m planning to goooo for the entire month of August…..

I’m so loving the arms workout today.

    <3 you Cassey

  79. Jessica says:

I just did the first August workout without stopping, and no breaks. I can’t believe how far I’ve come. I’ve lost a total of 30 pounds and a ridiculous amount of inches all thanks to your workouts and eating habit advice. I couldn’t be happier to be so strong and healthy. Thank you Cassey!!

    1. Noelia says:

wow! CONGRATULATIONS GIRL!<3 I admire you.

  80. Emily says:

Hiya! I’ve been thinking about the fact that school is going to start soon, and I won’t have time to workout. I still want to follow the calendar and do all the videos, but I don’t know if by doing them all consecutively, or doing one or two of them at a time in the day and finish the others later would be more effective?

    Thanks! ;D

  81. Lynn says:

    Hi Cassey,
Thanks for making the playlist for us. I would love the next giveaway to be workout gear from your store and your DVD with your autograph. Both or either would be great!

  82. Cristina says:

Thank you cassey for the new workout calendar im so excited 🙂 I was just wondering for those two Saturday what so I do because I do not own your dvd and I don’t have a membership to the gym. And honesty I never tried running for an hour and I don’t think I have it in me to run that long. If anyone can answer with a solution I would be very thankful. Thanks again for the calendar cassey your seriously my idol. Love you.

    1. Laura says:

Hi Cristina, I’m in the same position as you! Don’t have the dvd or gym membership. I’m just going to repeat the workouts from the other two Saturdays on the calender instead for a simple solution. Hope that helps a bit 😀

      1. Cristina says:

Thank you Laura for answeing me that sounds like a good idea, I shall do the same thing. Hope your having a nice day thanks again for answeing 🙂

        1. Laura says:

Hi Cristina, no problem! Hope you have an awesome day too! 😀

  83. malori says:

im still on julys workout so im not going to start augusts workout til monday. im going to be working out in the mornings. should eat anything before i workout or no?

    1. EmelyV. says:

I personally wouldnt eat anything because then I have stomach aches during the workouts. But eating a banana or having a glass a milk would probably be the smarter thing lol. What I usually do is just do the workouts right when I wake up and then eat breakfast right after. Hope this helps<3 Good luck with August 😀

    2. Anna says:

It’s up to you! I personally have to eat first thing in the morning otherwise my stomach starts making uncontrollable noises while I workout and can be kind of uncomfortable! But if you don’t have those issues then you can definitely workout first thing before you eat 🙂

    3. April says:

If I eat before a workout, it’s an hour before – unless I’m rushed on time – in which case I have either a yogurt cup or a piece of fruit. Just something small!

      1. Laura says:

My go to food for before a morning workout is half a banana, it settles my stomach enough and gives me a little energy to get through the workout, but doesn’t cause me any issues. I always end up scoffing the other half as soon as I’m done working out 😀

  84. Lindsey says:

I love these videos/workouts and using the calendars makes it super easy for me to know which workouts to pair together! But I am a runner and I’m not sure how to mix my running schedule and these workouts. Any suggestions??

    1. Laura says:

Hiya Lindsey, I’m trying to get back into running at the moment so having been thinking about this too (I started getting serious knee pain when I was running a while back so I decided to try something else).

It depends how many times a week you run and for how long for but my suggestions would be: 1. Run on days when Cassey specifies cardio/HIIT workouts. Or 2. Look at the workouts for each day (each day usually has at least one cardio workout video, if not more) and instead of doing the cardio workouts you run and combine your run with the toning videos for the day. If that makes sense?

      Hope that helps! 😀

  85. Alivia says:

Cassey! Thanks so much for the clean eating tips! I have been trying to eat clean since I started following your workout plans, but I always felt like I didn’t know where to start. I’m so excited to start using your tips to get cleaner! I would love to see more of these on future calendars! 🙂

  86. KeNyja says:

you should do a blogilates workout gear giveaway !!

  87. Victoria says:

I think the next giveaway should be a cute gym bag so us girls can go in style and proud to the school gyms!! It is back to school after all:)
    Thank you Cassie!
    -Victoria

  88. Kylie says:

So excited to be starting my Cassey Calender! I’ve been needing a kick in the butt saying “THIS IS EASY, YOU CAN DO THIS!” and this is exactly that! Thanks Cassey! <3 Much Love!

  89. Shannon says:

Has anyone made a you tube playlist? Cassey’s don’t work for me 🙁 and I’m too lazy to make my own 😀

  90. Melanie B says:

This calendar is great! I love that we’re incorporating a food/diet component.

Small shop comment: The background picture that you used is really nice but because it’s so light, the lighter colored text that you used for Mondays and Tuesdays is very difficult to read after we’ve printed it. It’s fine because I’ll probably just end up pulling up the electronic version and zooming in but I just thought you should know.

    xoxo

  91. Aruna says:

Meatless Mondays! My mom’s been practicing that for years, lol. If you like barbecues & food festivals, it’s violated on Labor Day, Memorial Day, and anytime a meat event falls on a Monday.

  92. DMS2 says:

The daily food tips will be really easy to follow. ;P
I’m longing to start this workout calendar. Generally I can’t workout everyday. But during vacation I have loooots of time and will do everyday’s workout. :DDD

  93. Charlotte says:

I’m mixing this with the beginners calendar hehe c:

    1. Deepshikha says:

YAYA we are on the same page Charlotte 😀

  94. Katie says:

You should do a giveaway with some of your Blogilates gear because it’s so adorable!! (:

  95. Choua says:

Do a yoga shorts/pants giveaway!! Or running shoes again! I still want to win!!!!! 😀

  96. Kris says:

Can’t wait to start anew with this month’s calendar! Been feeling really off and got my period and food poisoning (double whammy) so I haven’t been able to work out much over the past 3 days =( I feel like such a slacker. But I’m back and ready to go! I do have a question though. When we’re told to give up a food/condiment is that…for the day or for the entire month?

    1. Sandra says:

      Kris,
Thank you, I was scared nobody asks because I’m the only one not getting it…

Cassey, I’d really like to know what you mean by that… (examples?)

  97. Haley says:

Out of every single POP HIIT you could choose, you choose I Knew You Were Trouble. I’ve come to the realization, Cassey, that you’re just mean. But I love you. (: Let’s do this!!!

  98. Megan says:

I love the calendars you create each month Cassey! I have just one request or suggestion.

Can you please create a print friendly version?
Your designs are adorable and really pretty each month, but if i were to print them all out (my way of keeping track) I will use a whole heap of ink and it’s kind of a waste.

If you could do that it would be amazing! Thanks!

  99. Megan says:

Ahhhh that was so hard after just doing arm day for the last day of July! BUTTTTTTTT at the beginning of July I couldn’t do those first 3 videos, and I just did the first 3 right in a row with 100% completion! This stuff works so fast! Feel so strong =)

  100. Ana says:

After we finish the beginners workout calendar should we do the monthly calendars next?

  101. Jenny says:

Cassey, I have been struggling so much. I’ve worked incredibly hard the past few months, I have been eating 1300 calories a day, I didn’t eat fast food or any type of junk food for two entire months, I have been exercising to a great extent every day, but because I was put on a medicine that slows my metabolism and raises a hormone that causes weight gain (and can cause OBESITY), I have still gained 15 pounds since I started the medication. I’m bigger than I ever have been and looking at pictures of myself the other day made me cry, and I still cry when I think about it. People don’t realize that it’s not always so simple. Eating less and healthier and exercising more doesn’t always work. I feel like it’s hopeless. I do everything right and nothing works. The doctors say that the pros of the medicine are greater than the cons because I can’t function without the medicine, and it actually works. They say the weight gain is insignificant compared to the benefits I’m getting from the medication. But it’s really significant to me.

    1. Tricia says:

I know what you’re going through. I’m in a similar situation. It can be really frustrating. Remember we are all here for you 🙂

    2. Laura says:

Jenny, don’t stress! You are beautiful and trying your best. Try not to get discouraged by the number on the scale. I’m not a doctor or dietician, but the following helped me. Eat more!! 1300 is wayyy too low, especially if you do any sort of exercise, let alone lots of it. Personally, I try not to dip under 1800. When I upped my calories, at first I did gain, but a week or so later after my body realized it didn’t need to hold on to everything, I dropped 5lbs in about 2 weeks. Then, it went to a normal ~1/2lb a week. I love food, so it’s easier for me to keep a calorie deficit by cutting a few calories, and training HARD. If you can afford it/insurance covers it, see if you can get an appointment with a nutritionist or dietician. Since you have a condition/meds that will cause weight gain, they can help you figure out exactly how many calories will work for you (it’s all math + trial/error) and an eating plan just for you. Good luck with everything! And don’t forget to drink lots of water!!

    3. Shannon says:

I’m sure I’m in the minority here but I’d guess you’re not eating enough. 1300 calories could easily be putting your body in starvation mode. Especially if
You are active and working out every day. Your body needs food for fuel to function properly. Don’t stress, eat enough to keep your body going and work out. Don’t worry about the scale!!! Focus on feeling strong and fit. I’ve done the restriction thing. I as running 40 miles a week and eating 1200 calories a day and still not losing. Now I’m taking my time to heal my metabolism and working at being strong and fit.

    4. Jenny says:

Thanks, ladies. 🙂 I probably am eating too little, and that probably isn’t helping my metabolism. Actually it was weird, last week was my birthday and on three different days I had friends take me out for my favorite ethnic foods, and buy me a few drinks one night, and my mom made cupcakes, so I was sure that I had gained weight – but actually I lost three pounds. I would love to see a nutritionist or dietician….I’ll have to look into that. I really appreciate the support and advice.

      1. Shannon says:

I am on my phone so links are hard but there’s a group on Facebook called eating the food. Or her Facebook page is go kaleo. It’s all about healing your metabolism and moving your body and lifting weights. Hey are super supportive. A lot of women there (and men) come from restrictive backgrounds or eating disorders. They have a lot of great information. You should check it out.

  102. Jocelyn says:

thumps up for eating reminder!love you

  103. Gabriella says:

Hey, Cassey!! Ok, so, as everyone keeps saying, I love your videos and I’ve even got a couple of my friends doing your POP HIIT WOs while they’re at the gym and we scheduled a workout date this Friday to workout together! It’ll be awesome. I wanted to know, though, do you think you’ll ever make a Cheap Clean Eats for like a healthy Ramen (Quick/ Miracle/ 90sec) Noodles? That would be incredible! And I need a new motive. I’ve been slacking off a lot lately because the June dietbet is over and I can’t back into the rhythm of a healthy lifestyle because, well, I’m sort of alone. This’ll be the first time I try working out with my friends but they aren’t exactly fans of clean eating, nor is my family, and it’s a little difficult to not jump on the bandwagon when there is pizza in the room and no cauliflower to make your Flourless Pizza. Please, HELP ME out… What should I do?

  104. Melissa says:

I’m new to the whole calendar thing, am I meant to do each video 3 times? :O
    I think I might die.

    1. Michelle says:

No, you only do the workouts once which all should add up to about an hour.

  105. Sara says:

today is arms too!!u serious???i did upper body wrkout yesterday i.e last day of july calendar and i could hardly complete the whole wrkout!i hve de weakest arms eva!!Oh God plz help me!!

    1. Anna says:

I decided to swap saturday’s workout in for today 🙂

  106. Claire says:

trying to enlarge and print but i keep getting an error 404 message. What should I do?

    1. Amy says:

try saving the picture and the printing it out as a picture on your computer.

  107. Karen says:

No more pop hits? I always looked forward to them on tuesdays and Thursday’s ):

    1. Amy says:

the pop HIITs are awesome and they can be done over and over again. I think cassey said those are her workout routines that she does in the gym anyways so i guess you can mix and match them if you got bored of the ones she’s given you already. 🙂

  108. Nidia says:

I can barely see or tell what the calendar says. It’s extremely blurry even on my iPhone. :,(

  109. Katelyn says:

Cassey- I have such a hard time finding veggies that I like to eat. Will you do some yummy cheap clean eats with veggies so that when Saturdays roll around, I will be able to come up with some veggies for all my meals? Maybe some kind of stir fry…going to check the recipe index to make sure you haven’t done that already haha 🙂

    1. Anna says:

To get your veggies in at breakfast how about an omelet?
And for your other meals from Cassey’s recipes I can recommend the friend quinoa recipe she has (in a cute bell pepper cup if you like!) so yum!

I havent tried her pizza recipe yet, but that looks delicious and is all about the veggies!

Also soups are super easy (and cheap) to make! My favorites are cauliflower soup, carrot soup, and tomato soup. Just fry some onion, add in the veggie of your choice, boil (with some vegetable broth and spices of your choice) and then puree in a blender!

And of course salads!.. haha I’m getting hungry 😀

    2. Sara says:

have u tried indian food ever??its yummy!!trust me!!and u can find a number of indian recipes on the internet which are easy to make, healthy and extremely tasty!!

    3. Megan says:

I like to use veggies in omelets, Mexican food, Indian food, stir fries, etc. It’s all about adding spice to those veggies! Salsa is always good too =) I also have a recent obsession with Kale chips: http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/ellie-krieger/smoky-kale-chips-recipe/index.html

To me veggies also taste way better roasted. Just sprinkle with a little bit of olive oil, salt, pepper, and if you like spicy chili power is awesome.

  110. Theresa says:

Aaah!! I’m coming from the Beginners Calender and this looks sooo intense!!!
Hope I can keep up with it *fingers crossed*

    1. Anna says:

You can do it! When I started there was no beginners calendar so some days realllly killed me and I had to skip a lot of moves. But don’t get discouraged if you can’t do everything, just do your best. Every day you’ll get stronger 🙂

    2. Nianna says:

Me too! I did the last 3 days of July and just about died!

      1. Amélie says:

I did just the same too ! beginner’s calendar + last 3 days of july’s calendar. I must say it was hard and I could not do all the moves, and maybe even didn’t finish the last video of each days…
But I’m extra motivated for August, I like my workout everyday after work and I hope I will be able to do it every single day !

Thank you again so much Cassey for what you do and good luck to everyone, we can do this 😀

    3. Megan says:

You can do it!!!! I didn’t have the beginner’s calendar, but when I started I had to modify a LOT of her moves, and there’s still some stuff I can’t do the whole time i.e. crazy plank videos. Just don’t give up! I love marking on my printed calendars which videos I complete 100% so you can see on paper all the progress you make over the next month(s). =)

  111. Nicole says:

Aww no more POP HIITs? Will there be any more in the next few months?

  112. Snuffy says:

This calendar looks great; I love the incorporation of nutrition, and I’m glad you integrated the amazing pop HIITs!

  113. latifa says:

im excited/terrified of this months calendar. do you have to do all the workouts one right after the other or can you split them up into morning and evening workouts?

  114. Lilly says:

The videos wont show up! (On an iPad)

  115. Emily says:

I love the click-throughs! Thank you so much, Cassey! <3

  116. Tonya says:

Hey Cassey! I’m really looking forword to this months calander, only problem is, I can’t read the font when printed:(

  117. Barbara Campos says:

    Thank you Cassey!
    XO

  118. Alicia says:

Everytime Ihit “click to enlarge and print” I get a 404 error. Anyone else?

  119. Julia says:

Thank you soooooo much for the mini link calendar. Its a godsend for time management. You really inspire and motivate. Thanks for all you do Cassey !!!!

  120. Lucy says:

Hey, Cassey! I am new here and very excited about getting healthy! I may not be able to do all the workouts because I have a back injury and have very limited range of motion right now. Also, I’ll be having back surgery next week, so I’ll be on the mend for a while afterward, but I am planning to follow your recipe ideas and do as many workouts as I am able to do. It’s definitely time for a change and your positivity is so motivating!

  121. Amanda says:

I mean this in the nicest way and I totally appreciate everything you do but……. I can barely see the font 🙁 When I print it, even in black and white, it’s hard to make out. I know that you take a lot of time to make the calendar pretty for us and it is!
Is there anyway you can make a calendar file and we can add your workouts to gmail calendar or any calendar people may be using? That way its easy to read and we can access it on our phones etc. 🙂

P.s. Went from 146 right after Christmas holidays to a current 114. I feel great and I have you to thank!!!

    1. Brandi says:

When I click the workout calendar (under firefox) It brings it to a screen by its self where its a little bigger. I then can click and zoom in where ever i want on the calendar which makes the font MUCH bigger. So if you have a problem with the font try doing that or copy and paste it into Word and you can zoom on there! 🙂

    2. Jane says:

      I totally agree.

    3. Jasmine K. says:

Same here! I love how pretty the calendars are, but they don’t always turn out so great when printed black & white!

  122. Ebba says:

    Thank you Cassey❤
This calendar will help me to become stronger and feel amazing

  123. Anna says:

I think I need an intermediate calendar. The beginner’s calendar is a bit too easy, but great because it inspires me to actually work out every day without feeling like I’m wearing myself out and it doesn’t take too much time so it’s easy to just do it. And the best workout is the one you actually do 🙂 But whooah, this just feels overwhelming. I’m not the hardcore popster style obviously.

    1. Elise says:

i’m having the same feeling… I just can’t make it through 5 arm and upper body workouts in a row.. x

    2. aubloomiel says:

I think a good way of doing it on an intermediate level is just do 3 or so workouts out of the options every day. That’s what I do. I did the beginners workout calendar and now I am gradually building it up, doing about 40-50 minutes every day. It also depends on the body part and how much my muscles ache from previous days. Some days I can do ALL the workouts, some days only 2 or 3 vids. Relax! If you do something every day, it’s fine even if you don’t do ALL the vids. Listen to your body. 🙂

    3. Emma says:

Yeah i’m feeling the same, i’m halfway through the beginners calender and i’m finding it quite easy but this looks really hard, i’m not sure wither I should do both of the calendars or finish the beginners one or just start this one, any advice? 🙂 Thank you 🙂

    4. Ruth says:

I actually thought the same, but I completed the first day.
I was sweating, I was dying and I know my arms are gonna hurt a lot tomorrow.
I had to do some modifications in the end and use just really light weights, but I stuck through it.
Don’t let yourself get scared by the thought of working for one whole hour.
You are stronger than you think. Just give it a try, you can still skip a video if it’s really just killing you.

      1. Anna says:

I decided to have a go and just do as many as I could, made it through 2.5 videos and literally couldn’t lift my arms anymore. Maybe in the evening again! I think I’ll just go on trying, or maybe mix a bit so I don’t do all arms videos one day and all core videos another. Or then just decide to start by doing three a day and add more as soon as I can.

  124. Michelle says:

    Hello Cassey =)

    My Name’s Michelle and i’m from Germany…
I’d really like to do the August Calendar but i just don’t understand what you mean by “Give up one “bad” food or condiment today” … What’s that?
I’d be very very happy if you or someone else could explain that to me

    Thank you! =)

    1. Anna says:

Hey michelle, she means if you eat like French fries or drink soda every day give them up in an effort to live a healthier, clean lifestyle. And by condiment she means if you like drink coffee with some crazy fatty flavored creamer every day or put ketchup on everything you eat then give that up. It’s too slowly weed out the bad foods so you feel better and lose weights!

      1. Michelle says:

        Thank you so much!

Had that in my mind but i wasn’t really sure…

        Thanks!!! =)

  125. Sam says:

Is any body else having problems with getting all the you tube videos up on that is page? They don’t load for me.

    1. JennyO says:

A lot of her vids won’t play on my iPad, I have to watch on my laptop. 🙁

      1. Amy says:

        I’m having the same problem!
I never had any issues doing the beginners calendar 🙁 its so much easier to use my iPad too

  126. Tacita says:

Cassey thank you so much for integrating diet! It was the major thing I wasnt able to do properly and this will make it so much easier for me! Thank you!

  127. Patri says:

Hey Cassey! 🙂 I have a problem, i have neighbours below me and I can’t run nor do burpees nor any exercise that requires beating the ground and those exercises are the ones that burn more calories and get your heart racing, so what quiet exercises should I replace those exercises for? 🙂 I really need to know the answer 🙁

    1. Sarah says:

If you look on the Blogilates YouTube channel, go to her main page and search apartment workouts or quiet workouts. She has made a few that are for the reason you stated! Hopefully this will help you!

    2. Amanda says:

Do you have a balcony? Or maybe go outside if possible 🙂

    3. Laura says:

I also have neighbors below me. I just make sure to do my cardio during normal hours (not before 9am, not after 9pm). If you live in a complex that has quiet time rules, just make sure you follow them. Also, you could talk to your neighbor and schedule a time with them or just let them know it’ll only be so many minutes per day. I learned pretty quickly how to be lighter on my feet so I don’t disturb my neighbor too much.

    4. Hallie says:

Have you talked to your neighbors about it? My neighbors get home from work later than I do so I know that if I want to do really active videos I need to do them right when I get home. If you demonstrate that you are thinking about their comfort most people should be willing to work with you.

  128. Amanda says:

Just purchasd the DVD so I can do the Saturday workouts (oh and another vest lol) – For you guys that have do the calendars before do you use the DVD in the other months too? As I don’t have a gym membership or the time to go… I do my workouts in the evening when my sons asleep and try and squeeze in 3 runs a week while hubby is home.

  129. Elena says:

Yesterday I finished the beginner calendar and today s*** just got real. It’s weird how excited I am about kicking my own ass for the next 31 days and you’re to blame! 😛

Thank you for everything you do. I’ll do my best to keep up with you!

    1. Amanda says:

Snap! I think I took a sharpe intake of breathe when comparing this calendar with the beginners one…. lol Get ready to hit that beast mode button! haha!

  130. swetha says:

Hey Cassey! i have been doing your workout calendars for 3 months now and am seeing great results! The first month i did it but was still eating the junk i used to eat, then i decided to eat clean. it isnt as hard as i thought it would be because i no longer crave junk. But the only problem is, my parents wont get off my back about my ‘diet’ and that i am ‘too young’ and should be eating KFC at this age! i tried explaining to them how its a HEALTHY lifestyle but they wont listen. this is really slowing down my progress. what do i do?
    Love swetha

    1. Katelyn says:

Just explain to them that you aren’t switching to healthy food to lose weight, you just want to feel better! Explain the kind of harm some of the ingredients in processed food can do to your body…and explain the good things that healthy things can do for your body 🙂

sometimes parents & family say things like that (you don’t need a “diet”) because they don’t realize how bad those unhealthy foods can be for you. I also like to explain to people that it’s not being on a “diet,” it’s just eating healthier. Everyone has a diet- by definition, that’s what you eat every day! A healthy diet just means that you are taking care of yourself by eating foods that will fuel your new healthy lifestyle!

    2. Anna says:

Katelyn had some great points! I’d like to add that when you’re young is the best time to really create healthy eating habits! 🙂

  131. Anna says:

Hi cassey, don’t EVER stop doing what you do cause it is AMAZING
    Thank you a lot

  132. Laura says:

Really loving the idea with your eating tips because I definitely need to get back on the clean eating train! 🙂
Lateley, I’ve been eating a lot of unhealthy food, sweets, etc. and feeling not too good about that.
But I think with your calender and the knowledge that I’m not alone in this I can totally do this and get healthier and fitter! Let’s hit it! :))
    Thank you, Cassey!!
    xx Laura

  142. Karina says:

Hi Cassie. I’m 2 days short of finishing your July calendar because I hurt my back from kettlebell swings. Looking forward to this though after I finish July. I’ve gotten so much more toned especially in my arms. My performance in yoga even improved. The sore lower back is just a set back. People thought I was doing Crossfit because I told them I got hurt from the kettlebell swings. 🙂 Can’t wait to start this! 🙂

    1. Karina says:

Sorry i didn’t spell your name correctly Cassey! Too tired from working out :))

  143. Isobel says:

Cassey! This calender came out at a different time because I live in New Zealand, so i’m starting it on a YOLO meal day!! Don’t know if i’ve earned it yet x. I am feeling really pumped with the challenges on this August calender Cassey! 152. Melissa says:

Hey popsters! I’m kinda/sorta new to blogilates, I’ve done a few of the workouts and although they are difficult, I really want to commit myself to this calendar. I am done doubting myself and I just want some change, I want to feel better about myself ;by working out and eating clean, I will achieve it.

    1. lotta says:

hey! if you are brand new, i think you should start with beginners calendar (https://www.blogilates.com/calendar/beginners-calendar-for-popsters-just-starting-out) but if you can do this calendar go ahead!

      good luck to you! =)

      1. Melissa says:

I definitely want to, have to , do this calendar 🙂 gotta push myself a little. No pain no gain haha

    2. Anna says:

You can do it! I started following the calendars five months ago, when there was no beginners calendar. It is challenging, and you wont be able to do ALL the moves but just remember to not get discouraged, and don’t be too hard on yourself! Push yourself, but don’t allow yourself to feel like you’ve ‘failed’ if you struggle. Good luck and trust me, it is so worth it!

      1. Melissa says:

Hi Anna, thank you so much, I really needed to hear(read) that 🙂
Good luck to you too 😀

  153. Grace says:

  157. Pip says:

Did you know that at the end of the month there will be 225 burpees on Sunday followed by 100 on Monday? I’m excited, yet dreading, those two days!

    1. Katelyn says:

I feel like I would’ve been better off NOT knowing that O.0
